Showers, tile, vanities, plumbing and electrical, with photos of the steps that get covered up.
Whole-home renovation
Full interior updates scoped room by room: layout changes, baths, flooring, lighting, paint and trim.
Kitchens
We remodel kitchens too, from layout changes and wall removal to cabinets, countertops, appliances on allowance, and electrical and lighting by licensed subs. Ask about your kitchen at the free walkthrough.

How we remodel differently
The scope is written down before demo day
You get a written scope and itemized proposal. It covers the work, your allowances and named material suppliers line by line, what's excluded, our construction standards and the draw schedule. We manage and inspect every trade against your signed scope.
Surprises get a signed change order
When we open a wall and find something unexpected, we stop, show you, and write it up as a change order. Both of us sign it before the work happens. Nothing is added without your signature.
One project manager and a Friday update
One project manager runs your job start to finish, and Shawn Ireland, the owner, signs every proposal and contract. Every Friday you get a written update by email or text, with photos. We return calls and messages within one business day.
Permits, a clean site and a written warranty
We pull permits with the local codes office: City of Hendersonville, City of Gallatin, Sumner County or Metro Nashville, depending on the address. We keep your site clean, haul debris and finish with a full clean. Every job comes with a 1-year written workmanship warranty.
