What we build

Custom homes on your lot

Already own land? We'll walk it with you, then scope and build the home to fit it. We coordinate survey, soil and utility work with licensed specialists, and we pull the permits.

Custom homes from our layouts, your architect's plans or your own

Our in-house designer can lay out your home. We also build from outside architects' plans and from plans you bring.

Barndominium interior finish-outs

Once the barndominium shell is up, we finish out the interior. We've completed barndominium finish-outs in Gallatin and Portland, and more are underway.

How we keep a custom build on track

A written scope with itemized allowances, before anything is signed

You get a written scope and itemized proposal. It covers the work, your allowances and named material suppliers line by line, what's excluded, our construction standards and the draw schedule. We manage and inspect every trade against your signed scope.

A written start date, completion window and Friday update

Your contract states a written start date and completion window. Every Friday you get a written update by email or text, with photos: what got done, what's next and any decisions we need from you.

One project manager

One project manager runs your job start to finish. You'll know who it is at kickoff. Shawn Ireland, the owner, signs every proposal and contract. We return calls and messages within one business day.

Signed change orders, permits and a written warranty

Every change is a written change order signed by both of us before the work happens. We pull permits with the local codes office: City of Hendersonville, City of Gallatin, Sumner County or Metro Nashville, depending on the address. Every home comes with a 1-year written workmanship warranty.

Are you insured?

Yes. Licensed & insured (general liability).

Can you build on land I already own?

Yes. We'll walk the lot, scope the home to fit, and coordinate survey, soil and utility work with licensed specialists.

Do you build barndominiums?

We do barndominium interior finish-outs after the shell is up, with completed jobs in Gallatin and Portland.
