It lists the work, your allowances and named material suppliers line by line, what's excluded, our construction standards and the draw schedule. You get a written start date and completion window. We pull permits with the local codes office: City of Hendersonville, City of Gallatin, Sumner County or Metro Nashville, depending on the address. We keep your site clean, haul debris and finish with a full clean. Every job comes with a 1-year written workmanship warranty.
